Bamboo Ceiling Reframed ViMLOC Slides

A PowerPoint slide file for a presentation to members of the Visible Minority Librarians of Canada (ViMLOC), Chinese American Librarian Association (CALA), and Asian Pacific American Librarians Association (APALA). The presentation is a summary of a study conducted in 2019 with librarians that identify as Asian and their experiences with entering or working toward management roles. A book chapter was published in 2022, as a part of a commitment to transparency to the Asian librarian community, the study will be presented to the groups.
