This chapter explores the use of survey research and secondary quantitative data in labour law research. We review the major considerations that researchers must take into account when using these methods, highlighting their respective advantages and disadvantages. We conclude by canvassing potential future developments in survey research and statistical analyses, and their implications for labour law research.
