She has a scholarly focus on championing labour market integration of internationally skilled immigrants, diversity within the Canadian labour market and general equity in employment. She is a passionate advocate for application of intersectional lens of analysis in understanding oppression, diversity, equity and social justice issues in Canada and interested in research collaboration opportunities that aim to mitigate it.
