Report on boron compound development properties and characteristics

A confidential report prepared for Masafumi HIRANO (Department of Applied Chemistry, Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology) and Robert Gossage (TMU). Boron compound assessment was performed to understand the impact of scaffold design on B-reacitvity. Selectivity was assessed using yeast, bacteria and cancer cell lines.
