A Sentiment Analysis of The First Nations Water Crisis

<p>In this project, we were instructed to connect public sentiments to sociopolitical imaginaries about Indigenous peoples and offer a counter-narrative to these colonial mythologies, through researching the written forum on social media. We were then told to produce a visual representation of this analysis.  </p> <p>Our objective was to identify the affective states of commenters in news stories about the First Nations water crisis and determine how they are connected to settler-colonial mythologies about Indigenous peoples.</p>
