In this article, I draft the outlines of a law school program that delivers a systemic approach to legal education with a technological focus. I explore the application of systemic learning through three teaching pillars: technology as part of the legal system, user based learning and innovation based learning. By placing these goals at the core of the curriculum, I expand upon the theoretical significance of technology to the construction of law and provide a framework for reorienting some part of legal education towards understanding the technological systems used to ‘produce’ law while teaching practice within it.
