A dignidade do ser feminino: do retrato em preto e branco da violência doméstica à virada cultural emancipatória das mulheres por meio de ações jurídico-políticas afirmativas e promocionais de seus direitos humanos e fundamentais

This article presents the affirmative actions of human and fundamental right of women in a domestic violence situation, under a perspective of paradigm change in the political and legal field. Describe these women’s reality; informs and analyses international and Brazilian rules and Brazilian public policies that has as objective the promotion of women rights under this situation. The article seek to demonstrate and evaluate the influence of affirmative actions and policies of hers human and fundamental rights over the emancipatory and cultural change of women in domestic violence situation, based on the principles of human person dignity and equality and on the right to a violencefree life, establishing a culture of peace.
